G.L.O.W. is an Organization that promotes Conferences for Global Leaders once a year. The vision of G.L.O.W. is to foster and empower innovated individuals that are invested in success strategies, teamwork, talent management, and leadership skills. G.L.O.W. is an Annual Conference that promotes discussion of current topics and concepts and allows Worldwide Leaders to collaborate and exchange ideas. G.L.O.W. Conference Journal submissions are open to various topics, yet centered on Leadership in those disciplines. G.L.O.W. strives for Excellence in Conference Participants. The Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare is an organization based in Los Angeles, CA. The primary purpose of G.L.O.W is to motivate worldwide leaders to promote organizations in their own countries. G.L.O.W hosts an Annual Conference for leaders interested in developing leadership skills. The Conferences are open to both presenters and non-presenters. Conference Presenters will be given the opportunity to have their Paper submitted for Publication. Our publications will be uploaded on our website as a PDF File. All published Journals will sync with Google Scholar. Printed Journals can be purchased in person or online.

The Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare (G.L.O.W.) Journal is a peer-reviewed journal with entries from worldwide participants. Publications are selected from the G.L.O.W. Annual Conferences held in Palm Springs, California. We do not guarantee that all presentations will be published. We invite submissions from all disciplines as long as the topic is related to organizational leadership. Registration to the annual conference is required for all submissions. All submissions need to be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Board of Trustees for the Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare is comprised of diverse professionals who bring expertise from a wide range of fields to the purpose of G.L.O.W. The founders of Global Leaders of Organizational Welfare are Dr. Sophia Khousadian, Dr. Stephen A. Adamu, and Dr. Nicole Salazar. The board is responsible for advising participants, as well as governing the day to day operations of G.L.O.W. The board meets at least 2 times per month to discuss the annual conference as well as growth opportunities and unique challenges facing the organization.
Not all Manuscripts submitted will be published. However, we invite all interested parties to come and present at Palm Springs, CA.
All Manuscripts/Papers submitted must be in the latest American Psychological Association (APA) Edition. All Margins must be 1-inch all around; Times New Roman size 12 Font. Every submission must be 10-15 pages double-spaced, excluding Title page and References.
