About Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare Founders

G.L.O.W. stands for Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare. G.L.O.W. was founded by Doctors of Education and Organizational Leadership. G.L.O.W. is an Organization that promotes Conferences for Global Leaders once a year. The vision of G.L.O.W. is to foster and empower innovated individuals that are invested in success strategies, teamwork, talent management, and leadership skills. The mission of G.L.O.W. is to not only develop leaders, but also to improve the welfare of the community. G.L.O.W. donates a % of its profits to City of Hope Cancer Treatment Foundation.   

G.L.O.W. is an Annual Conference that promotes discussion of current topics and concepts and allows Worldwide Leaders to collaborate and exchange ideas. G.L.O.W. Conference Journal submissions are open to various topics, yet centered on Leadership in those disciplines. G.L.O.W. strives for Excellence in Conference Participants. All submissions should be sent to ssak@glowconferences.org. All submissions must be made by July 11, 2025. Conference will be held on August 16, 2025. Location and Dates will be available upon submission and registration. Accepted Papers for Publication will be announced before 

Conferences on August 1, 2025.  

The Global Leaders for Organizational Welfare is an organization based in Los Angeles, CA. The primary purpose of G.L.O.W  is to motivate worldwide leaders to promote organizations in their own countries. G.L.O.W hosts an Annual Conference for leaders interested in developing leadership skills. The Conferences are open to both presenters and non-presenters. Conference Presenters will be given the opportunity to have their Paper submitted for Publication. Our publications will be uploaded on our website as a PDF File. All published Journals will sync with Google Scholar. Printed Journals can be purchased in person or online.
