We HIGHLY Recommend using Uber or Lyft when attending Conference Location. There is street parking, but spaces are limited. Also, if you plan on attending our Evening Reception with Alcoholic Beverages, it is Mandatory to have a Designated Driver.

1) Enjoy an outdoor adventure. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is the worlds largest rotating tramway.

2) Horseback ride on the trails with Smoke Tree Stables.

3) A little more adventurous? Desert Adventures Red Jeep Tours offers open-air jeep tours and Adventure Hummer Tours offers open air Hummer tours.

4)  Go Rock Climbing at Desert Rocks Indoor Climbing Gym, then solve a mystery in Merlin's Magic school at Escape Room Palm Springs.

5) Catch a Baseball Game at the historic Palm Springs Stadium where athletes from the Palm Springs Power! play ball. 

6) Visit a Museum: Palm Springs Art Museum, Architecture and Design Center, Palm Springs Air Museum, & Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert.

If it is more convenient to fly into another Southern California destination, you have four major airport choices, all within an approximate two-hour drive or less from Greater Palm Springs. Ontario International Airport is a favorite choice, just over a one-hour drive away. The full-service airport offers nonstop commercial jet service to 18 major airports in the U.S., Mexico and Taiwan, and connecting service to many domestic and international destinations, averaging 64 daily departures offered by 8 air carriers.

As long as you can connect with US Interstate 10 (I-10), you can easily drive to the Greater Palm Springs area.  The region is a surprisingly quick getaway from many large metropolitan areas in the Southwest.

Once you’re here, don’t miss discounts on rental car services so you can explore the oasis on your own. Bicycling is another easy and affordable way to navigate the historic neighborhoods and downtown (Pedego Electric Bikes offers cute bike cruisers in La Quinta and Palm Springs for as little as $20 a day!). And if you’re visiting Thursday through Sunday, hop aboard the Palm Springs Buzz Trolley, a free shuttle ride that makes regular stops through downtown and by many of the area’s hotels and inns.

Taxi and shuttle services, as well as ride-sharing companies Uber and Lyft also provide convenient transportation options for traveling throughout Greater Palm Springs and surrounding Desert Region.
