• Make sure you submit all additional documents/files. Let us know if you are interested in presenting, publishing, or both! 
• Hotel Fees are Excluded. 
• Purchase a G.L.O.W. Journal for $35.00 USD!
• The $185.00 USD covers registration fee only. 

If your paper is published or you would like to show support for your peers, you may purchase the Published Journal for $35.00 USD. Domestic Shipping is Free. International Shipping fees differ. International customers pay for shipping themselves. Limited Supply will be available during the Conference Weekend. 

Conference Attendee's are not obligated to stay at any particular Hotel. 

Attendee's will book any hotel of their choice near the area of Palm Springs, CA. 

G.L.O.W. is not responsible for making hotel reservations and accommodations. 

You are expected in the Conference room at 9:00 am for Check-In. Conferences end around 5:00pm. 

There will be a Reception at the hotel from 5:30pm-6:30pm, which includes ONE free alcoholic beverages. Wristbands will be handed-out.
