  • Where will the Conference be held this year?
    • Palm Springs, California! The Conference will be at a Private House rented specifically for G.L.O.W. Conferences. 
  • What meals will be served at the conference?
    • Snacks and Beverages will be available during Conference hours. You will be on your own for Lunch and Dinner. A Reception with free alcoholic beverages will be included from 5:30 pm -6:30pm.
  • What hotel should I stay at during the conference?
    • We highly recommend you stay near the Strip of Palm Springs, CA. Conference Founders will be staying at the Conference Private House. This is where the Conference will be held.
  • What should I wear?
    • We suggest checking for weather conditions. Otherwise, Casual Professional attire is required. 
  • What do I need to bring with me to the Conference?
    • 3 Printed copies of your paper and numerous Copies of your Printed Powerpoint for your audiences (We will inform you on how many). 
  • Are there Scholarship opportunities?
    • Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have any scholarship opportunities. We are a private owned company and are not funded by the government or any other sponsors. Therefore, all financial expectations are solely G.L.O.W. Conferences responsibility. We hope to have such opportunities in the future. However, we offer discount opportunities Once a Year. Keep a Lookout!  
  • What if I change my mind?
    • All submissions and fees are non-refundable. 
  • I can't travel, can I still attend the event?
    • Check out our Virtual Presentation Option!
  • Will I have time outside of the Conference to have some fun?
    • Absolutely! You will have evenings to yourself. Also, you may book any additional days prior/after the conference dates in order to enjoy sightseeing Palm Springs. 
  • Can I come to the Conference ONLY on the day I am presenting?
    • We recommend arriving a day prior to the beginning date of the conference sessions. We like to support all participants and ensure that you will be on time.
  • How long does my manuscript have to be? PowerPoint Presentation?
    • It needs to be Times New Roman font size 12 with 1-inch margins all around and double-spaced. It must be 10-15 pages long excluding title page and references. It should be in the latest APA format. Presentations should be anywhere from 20-30 minutes long.
